What is your shipping location?
We ship from St. Paul, Minnesota
How much are shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Domestic orders under $100 and international orders are adjusted by weight and location at checkout.
How long until my order ships?
Orders generally ship within 24 hours after transaction. Orders placed after 1:00 EST Sunday through Thursday will ship the following day; Friday, Saturday and holiday orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Do you charge taxes or tariffs?
Currently Minnesota does not charge sales tax on clothing items at this time. We are currently evaluating responsibilities in other states and this may change at any time. If the case of a change, the current tax rate for your state of residence will apply. The purchaser is responsible for paying sales tax to their state of residence, if tax on apparel is appropriate.
Tariffs are assessed in country of residence. The purchaser is responsible for paying any tariffs due.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept requests for returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of date of purchase on new, unused items. See instructions and full policy on the RETURNS/EXCHANGES page.
